Terms of service

What you get, what it costs, and what each of us promises. Plain English, no surprises.

Last updated September 13, 2026 · Petri Mátyás, sole proprietor, trading as MoreBookedNow

The short version

  • Month to month, $149/mo for Grow or $249/mo for Pro. No setup fee, no minimum term, cancel any time.
  • Nothing is charged until your site is live. We email you the day before the first charge.
  • Live in 7 working days from when we have your logo, photos and service list, or your first month is free.
  • You own your domain, logo, photos, business details, reviews and every lead. The website, assistant and inquiry system run on our platform.
  • We work to get you found and booked, and we measure it honestly. We can't promise a ranking or a number of jobs, and we don't.

1. Who this is between

MoreBookedNow is a trading name, not a company. The service is provided by Petri Mátyás, sole proprietor, trading as MoreBookedNow, a Hungarian sole trader, and that is who you are contracting with. There is no company, LLC or corporation behind the name: one person is responsible, which also means one person answers.

  • Operator: Petri Mátyás, egyéni vállalkozó (sole proprietor)
  • Trading as: MoreBookedNow
  • Registered seat: 2092 Budakeszi, Tiefenweg utca 33/B, Hungary
  • Hungarian tax number: 92378241-1-33
  • Sole proprietor registration number: 62813976
  • Main activity: 621004 — Website design
  • Email: hello@morebookednow.com

These terms are between you and Petri Mátyás, sole proprietor, trading as MoreBookedNow ("we", "us"). They apply when you use morebookednow.com, run a free site check, ask for a demo site, talk to our assistant, or sign up for a plan.

The service is for businesses. By signing up you confirm that you are at least 18, that you are acting for a business, and that you can agree to these terms for it.

Using the site means you accept these terms. If you don't agree with something, email hello@morebookednow.com before you sign up and we'll talk it through.

2. What we provide

We build and run a website and lead system for your business. Depending on your plan that includes:

  • A website, built for phones first, hosted and kept up to date by us on your own domain.
  • A site assistant that answers common questions, collects job details and sends you the lead.
  • Your Google reviews shown on the site as they come in, with a one-tap review link.
  • Lead alerts by text within seconds of a quote request.
  • Something improved every month, and a one-page report of what changed.
  • On Pro: missed-call text-back, review requests after each job, drafted replies to reviews, a lead inbox, monthly AI-visibility tracking, and storm and season pages.

The full list for each plan is on the pricing page. That page, on the day you sign up, is the description of what you're buying.

Small changes to your site are included: text, photos, hours, a new service. Bigger additions are part of your monthly improvement. If something you ask for is outside the plan, we'll say so before doing it, and we'll quote it separately if you still want it.

3. Price and billing

Grow is $149/mo. Pro is $249/mo. There is no setup fee. The price you sign up at stays your price for as long as you stay, even if we raise it for new customers later.

When you sign up you save a card with Stripe, our payment processor. Their form collects the card; we never see or store the number. Saving the card charges nothing.

Billing starts on the day your site goes live. We email you the day before the first charge. After that you're charged the same amount on the same day each month, in advance, until you cancel.

The charge is always exactly the plan price. Nothing can be added to it without your written agreement.

If a payment fails we'll let you know and retry. If it still fails after 14 days we may pause the service until it's settled.

Prices are in US dollars and are the whole price. We are registered in Hungary under the small-business VAT exemption (alanyi adómentesség), so no VAT is added to your invoice and none is shown on it. If that status ever changes, or if a tax applies to you where you are, we will tell you before it appears on a bill rather than after.

You can change your card, download invoices or cancel yourself at any time. Sign in at your account — type the email you signed up with and we send you a link, there is no password — and the billing page opens on Stripe's own site.

4. The 7-day guarantee

Your site is live within 7 working days, or your first month is free.

The 7 days count from the day we have your logo, your photos and your service list. Days we spend waiting on you, for materials, answers or approval, don't count. Once we have what we need, the clock runs.

If we miss it, we credit your first month. You don't have to ask; it shows on your first invoice. The guarantee doesn't apply if the delay is caused by your domain registrar, your previous provider, or a change of scope you asked for mid-build, but we'll tell you at the time if that's happening.

5. Term and cancelling

There is no contract length. The service runs month to month and renews each month until you cancel.

To cancel, sign in at your account and use the billing page, or email hello@morebookednow.com. Cancelling stops the next charge. Your site and everything else keeps running until the end of the month you've already paid for, then switches off.

Cancelling is final. We don't pause accounts and we don't restart them later. When the paid month ends the site comes down, the assistant stops answering, and the price you signed up on ends with it. Coming back would mean signing up again as a new customer, a new build, and whatever the price is that day, and we can't promise there's room. Your own things stay yours either way, and you can export your leads and customer data for 30 days after the service ends, as set out in section 6.

We'd rather not get there. If something isn't working, email us before you cancel and we'll fix it or tell you honestly that we can't.

We may end the service if you don't pay, if you use it for something unlawful, or if you're abusive to our people. If we do, we'll give you written notice and, unless it's for non-payment, at least 30 days to move your things. If we ever stop offering the service altogether, you'll get at least 60 days' notice and a refund of anything paid for time we don't deliver.

6. What's yours and what's ours

Yours: your domain name, your logo, your photos, your business information, your reviews, and every customer and lead that comes through the system. You can ask for an export of your lead and customer data at any time, during the service or within 30 days after it ends, and we'll send it in a plain format.

Ours: the website platform, the templates, the site assistant, the inquiry and text-back system, the report format, and the code and know-how behind them. You get the right to use them for as long as you're a customer. That right ends when the service does, so the site, the assistant and the inquiry system switch off at the end of your last paid month.

Your domain stays yours in every case. If we register or renew a domain for you, it's registered in your name. If you're leaving, we'll point it wherever you tell us and hand over the registrar login.

Text we write for your site, and the page structure, are made for you, and you can keep and reuse them after you leave. Photos we generated for your demo or your site are yours to use as well.

7. What we need from you

You give us the logo, photos, service list and business details, and you confirm that you have the right to use them. If you send a photo, it's yours or you have permission to use it. If you tell us a price or a claim, it's true.

You keep your business details current. If your phone number, hours or services change, tell us and we'll update the site, usually within a couple of days.

You're responsible for what your business does with the leads. Calling someone back, quoting, doing the job: that's you.

You won't use the service for anything unlawful, to mislead customers, or to send messages people haven't agreed to receive.

8. Text messages and your customers

The service sends text messages on your behalf: lead alerts to you, missed-call text-backs to callers, and on Pro, review requests after a job. Where a message goes to one of your customers, it goes because you gave us their number or because they contacted your business.

You're responsible for having the right to message the people whose numbers you give us. In the US that means following the TCPA and carrier rules: only text people who have a relationship with your business, and stop when they ask. Every message we send carries a way to opt out, and we honour every STOP automatically.

We only send the kinds of message described on the pricing page. We never sell or rent your customers' numbers, and we don't message them for anything unrelated to your business.

9. The assistant and other AI features

The site assistant, the report writer, the review-reply drafts and the demo-site builder use large language models from OpenAI and Google. They work from the facts you give us and from your site, and they're good, but they're not perfect.

The assistant answers on your behalf only from facts you've approved: your services, area, hours and prices. It doesn't quote a price you haven't set. It can still say something oddly, and if it ever says something wrong about your business, tell us and we'll correct the facts it works from.

Anything drafted for you to approve, such as a review reply or a review request, isn't sent until you tap approve. What you approve is yours.

AI visibility tracking records what ChatGPT, Gemini and Google AI say when we ask real buying questions. It's a measurement of where you show up, not a promise of where you will.

10. The free site check and demo site

The free site check reads the website you enter, runs Google's speed test on it, looks at how it appears in search, and rates what it sees. It's automated. It can miss things, and a site that blocks automated visitors may get no score at all. Use the report as a starting point, not a verdict.

The dollar range on a report is an estimate built from your trade, your area and what the check found. It's there to give the findings a scale, not to state a fact about your business.

A demo site is built from public information about your business and shown at a private link for 30 days. It's a preview. Nothing in it goes live, and nothing is charged, unless you choose a plan.

You may only check or request a demo for a business you own or are authorised to act for.

11. Keeping the site up

We host on infrastructure built for this (Vercel and their partners) and we keep an eye on it. We aim for the site to be up all the time, and in practice it nearly is, but we can't promise there will never be an outage. If the site is down for more than 24 hours in a month because of something on our side, tell us and we'll credit that month.

We may take the site down briefly for maintenance. If it's planned and likely to be noticed, we'll tell you beforehand.

Your site content and lead data are stored with providers that keep backups. If something goes wrong on our side, we restore from them.

12. What we don't promise

We can't promise a Google ranking, a number of calls, a number of jobs or a revenue figure. Nobody honestly can. What we promise is the work described on the pricing page, done every month, measured and reported.

Google, the phone carriers, the AI services and your domain registrar are outside our control. If one of them changes how it works or goes down, we'll adapt as fast as we can, but we're not responsible for what they do.

The service is provided as described in these terms. Beyond what's written here we make no other warranties, express or implied, including any about fitness for a particular purpose.

13. If something goes wrong

If we cause you a loss, our total liability to you for anything arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you paid us in those 12 months.

Neither of us is liable to the other for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or lost business, however they arise.

Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else the law says can't be limited.

You agree to cover us against claims that come from your own content, your business's dealings with its customers, or your breach of these terms, and we agree to cover you against claims that our platform infringes someone else's rights.

14. Privacy

How we handle personal information, yours and your customers', is set out in the privacy policy. It's part of these terms.

15. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you, such as a change to price, billing or what's included, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't agree, cancel before that date and the old terms apply to the end of your paid month. Small changes, such as wording, take effect when they're posted here, and the date at the top of this page is always the current version.

16. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Hungarian law, because that is where the business is registered and where the person behind it lives and works. If there's a problem, talk to us first: most things get sorted in one email. If we can't sort it, the Hungarian courts with jurisdiction over our registered seat will handle it and both of us agree to that.

This is a business-to-business service. Consumer protections, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract, are written for people buying for themselves and do not apply here. If you are buying as an individual rather than for a business, tell us before you sign up and we will say plainly whether we can take you on.

If any part of these terms turns out to be unenforceable, the rest still applies. These terms, the pricing page on the day you signed up, and the privacy policy are the whole agreement between us.
