The short version
morebookednow.com is operated by Petri Mátyás, sole proprietor, trading as MoreBookedNow. MoreBookedNow is the name the service trades under; it is not a company, an LLC or a corporation, and there is no separate legal entity behind it. The contracting party, the merchant on your invoice and the controller of your data are all the same person.
The register of Hungarian sole traders is public and searchable by the registration number above, at nyilvantarto.hu.
Small-business VAT exemption (alanyi adómentes). No VAT is charged on our invoices. Our prices are the whole price: what the pricing page says is what the invoice says.
We are taxed under Flat-rate taxation (átalányadózás), which is a matter between us and the Hungarian tax authority and changes nothing for you.
Invoices are issued in your name and your business's name, and go to the email you signed up with. Card payments are taken by Stripe; the charge on your statement comes from them on our behalf.

There is no supervisory or professional chamber body whose membership governs this activity, and no code of conduct we have signed beyond the terms published on this site.

This is a business-to-business service, so the consumer arbitration boards and the EU online dispute resolution platform are not open to it. If we cannot settle something between us, Hungarian law applies and the Hungarian courts with jurisdiction over our registered seat decide it, as set out in the terms.
For anything about personal data, the Hungarian supervisory authority is the Nemzeti Adatvédelmi és Információszabadság Hatóság (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9-11. The privacy policy has the detail.
The text, design and code of morebookednow.com belong to the operator. The websites we build for customers, and what happens to them when a customer leaves, are covered by the terms instead.
Demo sites shown at a private link are built from public information about the business they are made for, are visible only to whoever holds the link, and are deleted after 30 days.
